System-Generated Email Notifications (Not Configurable in Settings)

BriteCore and BriteQuote automatically generate email notifications for the following system events. Email notifications for these events are not configurable in settings.







System-Generated Email Notifications (Configurable in Settings)

BriteCore and BriteQuote automatically generate email notifications for the events listed below. Users may add or remove email addresses under each open text field in Settings > System Wide > Administrative Alerts.





For Claims emails, BriteCore will use the address specified with the setting for Accept Policy Documents Electronically that is found in Contacts, if one exists. If no email is specified here, BriteCore will use the email address specified as Work. If no email is specified as Work, BriteCore will use the first email address for the contact. NOTE: If more than one email address exists, the last option will be in no particular order given that email addresses are stored with unique identifiers in the database).
