New Claim Submitted and/or Status Changed

This email is sent to agents and adjusters any time a new claim is submitted or a claim's status is updated in BriteCore. The following items can generate claims notifications to agents and adjusters:

  • A Claim is set to Open, Standard > The Claim Acknowledgement Letter generates and an email is sent to agent
  • There is a status change on a Claim > An email is sent (ex. Open, Standard to Closed, Paid)
  • An Adjuster is assigned to a claim > An email is sent to the agent
  • A Claim Contact is added (Insureds, Claimants & Agents) > An email is sent to the agent
